What should I do when I am broken down on the side of the road?

A disabled car on the side of the road is a target. Establish personal safety first and then call for roadside assistance.

Do you provide rides to passengers in the tow truck?

While we always ask you try to have a family member/friend pick you up from the site of the incident, we do have room for two passengers along with the driver. If you are getting picked up by someone, we suggest that you wait for the tow truck to arrive before leaving the scene.

What is the Move Over Law?

Thanks to the many towing associations the “Move Over Law” is becoming common place across the country. This law states that motorist approaching an emergency vehicle (police, fire, ambulance, tow truck, etc) in the roadway or on the side of the roadway must slow down and move over into the next lane if at all possible. Failure to do so will result in being fined. Like many laws it simply enforces common sense.
